Job Summary Job Summary The Orinda Intermediate School Bulldog Theater is looking for a tech director for the 2027 after school Spring Musical. The Tech Director will work with the Director and Assistant Directors to help backstage with sets and props. The Tech Director will mentor students grades 6-8 for tech and dress rehearsals and final shows. They will be responsible for supervising and teaching the student tech crew. Tech week and Performances will be mid November and early May.

Responsible for OIS Tech Crew assignments that include skill building including in sound, lights, props, costumes and set changes.
Requirements:
Prior experience working on plays with children. Be able to foster a positive environment that promotes inclusivity, respect, and collaboration. Have a strong knowledge of acting techniques, sets, costumes, props and production DOJ/FBI Clearance, TB Clearance & Mandated Reporter Training certification required.
