Video Assistant

Friendly, open church needs a Video Assistant to help us share our worship online on Sunday mornings.

Job responsibilities:

Set up MEVO cameras prior to worship each week. Create live event on Facebook each week. Run live-stream app switching between two cameras during the service. Attend Worship logistics meetings as needed.

The successful candidate should have:

1. An understanding of internet connectivity issues. 2. The ability to troubleshoot when connectivity issues arise. 3. The ability to work with a team that includes the sound tech and worship leaders. 4. Experience with MEVO cameras and Mevo app preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided. 5. Dependability and punctuality. This is an hourly position $15.25/hr for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours per week on Sunday mornings. Attendance of occasional meetings will receive additional compensation. In the event of an absence, the Communications chair will need to be advised two weeks prior. If live-streaming responsibilities can't be covered by volunteers in the congregation, assistance from Live-Stream tech in finding a substitute will be appreciated.
