This multifaceted role requires a technically proficient professional who can seamlessly navigate podcast production, audio post-production for film, live switching, and content syndication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and brings hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools. Key Responsibilities Podcast Production & Syndication Produce end-to-end podcast content including planning, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing Manage syndication and distribution across all major platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, etc.) Monitor analytics and optimize content reach through metadata, SEO, and platform-specific strategies Develop and maintain publishing schedules and workflows Audio Production for Film Record, edit, mix, and master audio for film and video projects Perform sound design, dialogue editing, ADR, and final audio deliverables Ensure broadcast-standard audio levels and quality control across all deliverables Live Production & Switching Operate and manage vMix for live multi-camera productions, live streaming, and virtual events Configure and troubleshoot NDI (Network Device Interface) workflows for IP-based video/audio routing Manage live audio mixing and monitoring during productions Video & Graphic Support Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for promotional materials, trailers, and supplementary content Create and prepare graphic assets in Adobe Photoshop for thumbnails, promotional imagery, and branding Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of professional experience in audio production, podcast production, or film post-production Proficiency in Pro Tools — mixing, editing, and session management Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — video editing, color correction basics, and export workflows Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — graphic design, photo manipulation, and asset creation Proficiency in vMix — live switching, streaming configuration, and multi-source management Working knowledge of NDI — network video/audio routing, device configuration, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of audio signal flow, microphone techniques, and recording best practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Strong communication and collaboration skills within creative teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder) Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (Libsyn, Buzzsprout, Podbean, etc.) Knowledge of broadcast audio standards (LUFS, true peak compliance) Experience with remote recording tools (Riverside, SquadCast, Zoom) Background in music production or scoring
