Job Description

ANCOM Communications is looking for a radio and first-line communications field service Installation Technician at our Burnsville, MN location. As an installation technician, you will install, repair, and maintain Motorola two-way radio communication. This position provides ample variety, as wireless communication systems are installed in a variety of settings including tractors, vehicles, and buildings. Relevant experience includes electric, radio frequency, or computer field work. Responsibilities and Job Duties:
  • Install, test, repair or maintain base stations, repeaters, trunked radio systems, dispatch consoles, tone remotes, paging infrastructure, VoIP, and antenna systems
  • Vehicle, tractor, or building installation
  • Computer programming
Requirements:
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, in compliance with applicable laws
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet Ancom motor vehicle standards

Compensation:
  • $21.
00-$24.00/hour
