We're looking for an experienced Overwrap Technician to join our team in Durham, NC. Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain overwrap equipment to maximize production uptime Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to reduce downtime Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, sensor, and minor electrical issues Review production schedules and job documentation to prepare equipment for daily operations Install and replace machine components, sensors, motors, switches, and related equipment Mentor and support Overwrap Technicians while sharing technical expertise Maintain maintenance records and production documentation using company systems Partner with Production, Maintenance, and Operations teams to improve equipment performance Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and equipment reliability Follow all safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), quality, and operational procedures What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 4+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical systems Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Technical certifications or specialized maintenance training preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer skills and experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities How You Will Be Successful Dedicated to
