Your day-to-day:
Helping out on the production floor Consistent training to run our new robotic machines Constant team work and trouble shooting Ensuring Quality in all products Reporting Incidents in a timely manner Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency Working safely while meeting production Your strengths as a Cascader You are a natural fit for this role if: You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills A high school diploma Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving Job consistency Enjoys working as a team If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we'd love to meet you! and join our team as Cascader in Wagram,NC .
