• Radio Technician We are looking for a talented Radio Technician who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for performing the installation, maintenance and repair of communications equipment and systems, and any additional associated infrastructure. What You'll Do
• Install, configure, test, and maintain communication systems on job sites
• Install, configure, test, and maintain Digital Radios, GPS, Cameras, and ELD devices
• Perform diagnostics tests on communication equipment and systems
• Document and report accurate services records
• Communicate with project managers to ensure that projects remain on schedule and services are completed in a timely fashion
• Provide support to all end users in the field to ensure communication lines are active throughout project progress What You'll Bring
• High school graduate (Education beyond high school preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in radio technology installation and service and/or 1-3 years of automotive wiring experience
• Basic understanding of 12
• & 24-volt systems
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
• Ability to travel greater than 50% of the time
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to communicate with employees and vendors and exchange accurate information in these situations
• Familiarity with electrical codes, construction safety practices, and blueprints
• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record What You'll Get
