Canton, New York job type: Contract salary: $21.86 - 30.61 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Associates responsibilities: Monitor furnace operations and production runs to ensure alignment with set points, tolerances, and operational standards.

Analyze furnace data output and past runs to identify quality-impacting variables and propose improvements to engineering.

Develop, review, and create run plans and documentation for upcoming production runs.

Conduct deep-dive reviews of runs producing defective parts to maximize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to resolve technical questions and prioritize equipment issues.
