Module Technician - Thin Film

onsemi is seeking a Module Technician for Thin Films in Hopewell Junction, NY. Technicians in this role provide day-to-day line support to the sector, including lot hold, tool disposition, and execution of engineering experiments. Technicians work a 12-hour shift schedule in the cleanroom. Night 1 (Sun-Tues, every other Sat) front-end compressed shift. Responsibilities Day to day operation support of the sector within 12hr shift schedule. Recover from Process and Tool interruptions. Perform Engineering Experiments. Identify ways to improve tool availability, cycle time, utilization and cost. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Qualifications Education:

HS Diploma; AAS degree strongly preferred. Strong, effective communication and teamwork skills Language Fluency- Fluent in English. Language - written and verbal.

Hourly:

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $27.60 to $48.17 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
