Job Description
- Media Manager — Multi-Day Corporate Summit (NYC)
- Seeking an experienced Media Manager for a large-scale corporate summit in NYC, Sept 20-21, 2026. This is a 2-day booking for a major multi-room live event with general session, broadcast/streaming, and multiple breakout programs.
Responsibilities:
- Ingest, organize, and manage media assets (photo/video) throughout the event
- Coordinate with camera ops, editors, and production team to ensure footage is properly logged and delivered
- Manage media handoff/delivery workflows for press, comms, and internal teams
- Keep media organized and accessible in real time across a fast-moving multi-day production
