In this role, you will ensure seamless audio recording, mixing, and production processes while maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will empower artists and staff alike, creating an inspiring environment for musical excellence. Duties Provide comprehensive technical support for all music studio equipment, including audio interfaces, microphones, mixing consoles, and recording software Troubleshoot software issues related to digital audio workstations (DAWs), plugins, and other production tools to ensure uninterrupted workflow Manage computer systems, including hardware maintenance, software updates, and operating system configurations across Windows and macOS platforms Maintain and optimize the studio's network infrastructure, including LAN (Local Area Network), Wi-Fi (Meraki), VPN access, firewalls, DNS settings, and TCP/IP configurations Assist with computer hardware setup, repairs, and upgrades to ensure reliable performance for all studio operations Requirements Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications Knowledge of computer networking concepts, including LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to users of varying technical proficiency Passion for music technology combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining a high-functioning studio environment Join us in creating an inspiring space where music meets cutting-edge technology!
