Grace Church Plano Job Description- Production & Technology Full-Time Salary Purpose:
To assist in overseeing all media and technology aspects pertaining to Grace and its services. These include AVL Production, videos, graphics, monthly and weekly services and communication. In addition to production, this position will be an additional point of contact for the Grace website for it's design and weekly maintenance. This position will also assist in weekly and monthly graphic, social media, video, and audio production for any ministry associated with Grace Church.

Executive Director of Technology & Marketing Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Similar Work Experience Required; 2+ years of experience in technology or creative field; Knowledge and expertise of Adobe Creative Suite; Understanding and knowledge of networking and troubleshooting elements associated with production, and networks and computers; Basic people skills and people managing skills needed; Willingness to learn and stay on top of industry trends essential; Understanding and moderate level of expertise pertaining to Audio, Visual, and Lighting Technologies.
Responsibilities:
Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist and report to the Exec. Director of Technology & Marketing in weekly tasks Help to oversee the Grace Production Team. This includes scheduling and coordinating of volunteers for events and services. Help to coordinate efforts between the Grace staff and the outsourced I.T. company. Work with the Ex. Dir. of Technology, & Marketing to come up with the graphic design of publications to be used in print and digital advertisements. Assist with the design of weekly service elements including sermon graphics, environmental projection, videos, and lighting Maintain the Grace website and be the main point of contact for any service and/or technical issues pertaining to the Grace website. Secondary Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Assist with miscellaneous department duties as requested by the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and the Ex. Director of Technology & Assist in the any tasks pertaining to Gerald Brooks Ministries if requested by the Senior Pastor or Ex.
