1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Job Overview We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Production Technicians to join a growing team in the Newport News area. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, packaging, shipping/receiving, or general labor. Candidates who are eager to learn, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a team-oriented operation are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform production, assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently following company procedures Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met Load, unload, sort, and move materials throughout the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production schedules Accurately complete production and inventory-related documentation Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, logistics, or related environment preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse environment Why Apply?
