Hourly Rate Range:
$33 to $36 We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Associate Copywriter to join our client's in-house Creative Services team in Miami. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a writer who is ready to grow. Ideally this is someone who brings strong instincts for brand voice, a passion for advertising copy, and the discipline to deliver polished work across multiple formats and deadlines. You'll work alongside graphic designers, traffic managers, and Sales & Marketing Account Executives to concept and execute campaigns from brief to final delivery, with real ownership over the copy that shapes how our brand shows up in the world. What you'll do
  • Concept and write copy for ads, direct mail, print collateral, web, email, banners, and digital media
  • Partner with graphic designers to develop and present creative concepts that meet strategic objectives
  • Drive brand consistency through ongoing development and application of copy guidelines and tone of voice
  • Support Marketing and Sales teams with copy direction, reviews, and campaign deliverables
  • Ensure timely, accurate release of creative campaigns across all channels
  • Partner with external agencies on asset development and final approvals as needed What you bring
  • 2-3+ years of copywriting experience in advertising or a related creative field
  • A strong creative portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and multi-format copy
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiarity with print, digital, and broadcast media formats
  • Knowledge of web writing and SEO best practices is a plus
  • Proficiency in Mac/Windows, Word, and PowerPoint; design tool knowledge a plus
  • BA in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related field #
