This role is ideal for a strong writer who can translate product value into compelling, action-oriented messaging that supports Sales and drives business results. The successful candidate will serve as a primary owner of B2B messaging while also contributing to campaign execution, sales enablement, and performance tracking across key initiatives. You will create high-impact content for campaigns, sales tools, digital channels, and customer communications—ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, supports distributor and direct sales strategies, and delivers measurable outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Copywriting & Content Creation Lead the development of B2B marketing messaging across all channels Write and produce high-quality content, including: Sales collateral (flyers, catalogs, pitch materials, co-branded distributor assets). Email campaigns, automated flows, and website content. Advertising and promotional materials. Social media (LinkedIn) content. Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate product safety benefits and ROI (cost-per-wear, productivity, compliance) Create internal sales tools such as playbooks, guides, outfitting recommendations, and campaign messaging documents Ensure consistency of brand voice across all communications Incorporate research-based proof points and customer insights into messaging to strengthen positioning and credibility 2. Campaign Development & Execution Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns, with a focus on content, segmentation, and messaging strategy Build and manage campaign content calendars targeting key B2B verticals Partner closely with Sales and distributor partners to develop field-ready messaging Contribute to product launches, promotions, and customer-specific initiatives Support campaign execution Coordinate campaign tracking mechanisms, including QR codes, vanity URLs, and landing pages, to support attribution 3. Trade Show & Event Support Support trade show and event execution, with emphasis on messaging, content, and sales collateral Develop pre-, during-, and post-event communications, including email follow-ups and lead nurturing content Manage and optimize lead capture workflows and follow-up strategies Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and distributor partners to ensure effective presentation and messaging alignment Assist with logistics, materials preparation, and on-site execution as needed Contribute to event strategy to drive booth traffic, engagement, and post-show conversion 4. Reporting & Performance Insights Track and evaluate the effectiveness of messaging, campaigns, and content performance across channels Analyze campaign, email, and trade show performance against defined KPIs Support development of B2B KPI scorecards tied to business objectives, including revenue growth, wallet share, and customer acquisition Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness, engagement, and conversion rates 5. Other Responsibilities Support broader B2B marketing initiatives and brand consistency efforts Participate in cross-functional projects, including product launches and category growth initiatives Travel as needed for events (approximately 5-10%)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business, or equivalent degree + experience 3 + years of experience in B2B copywriting, content creation, and campaign execution Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, and results-driven marketing content Experience developing content for multiple channels (print, digital, sales enablement, email automation) Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM tools Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, attribution, and KPI tracking Strong organizational and project management skills Experience supporting campaigns and marketing initiatives (trade show experience a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
