Job Description
Our Client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for a Copywriter for their Bolingbrook, IL location.
Responsibilities:
Applies the client Beauty brand identity and voice to every assignment, consistently following brand standards to create a seamless guest experience across channels.
Contributes to editorial brainstorms and ad hoc requests by offering recommendations that strengthen copy cohesion and alignment.
Manages multiple workstreams, prioritizes deliverables, and meets deadlines with polished copy.
Demonstrates efficiency, organization, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to turn around copy quickly when needed. Partners with design teams to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
Stays informed on current trends, culture, design systems, and editorial influences.
Adapts to changing business needs that support the overall brand. Proactively seeks information and answers while knowing when to ask for guidance.
Requirements:
1-3 years copywriting experience
Comfortable working with GenAI
Experience in agency, beauty, retail copywriting or editorial a plus
A passion for client Beauty, its products, and its guests
A great eye for detail, demonstrating creative and innovative problem solving
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; thinks strategically, critically and creatively
