Job Description

Associate Copy Lead
  • Supporting Acushnet | Work on Iconic Golf Campaigns Help shape the voice of the #1 ball in golf. Manpower is hiring an Associate Copy Lead to support the Titleist Golf Ball creative team
  • translating performance, innovation, and player insights into compelling, high-impact brand messaging.
This role is ideal for a concept-minded copywriter who enjoys both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and is excited to create work that reaches golfers at every level of the game.

  • 3 days/week onsite in Fairhaven, MA What You'll Do Turn approved campaign ideas into clear, consistent copy across digital, paid media, retail, and brand assets Execute at scale
  • delivering high-volume work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Contribute to brainstorms and early concept development, helping shape ideas rooted in golfer insight Ensure all content reflects Titleist's premium brand voice and category leadership Partner with marketing, product, retail teams, and agency collaborators to bring work to life Adapt and version copy across formats while maintaining message integrity and creative intent Support asset organization, updates, and workflow management to keep projects moving efficiently What You Bring 3+ years of experience in copywriting, advertising, or creative roles (agency or in-house) A strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and execution, especially in digital or paid media Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating across teams and working within campaign workflows Familiarity with SharePoint, Box, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Mac environments What Sets You Apart A genuine passion for golf and an understanding of the player's mindset A balance of creative thinking and production discipline Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, collaborative approach and desire to grow creatively Why This Role?
