This is a full-time, in-person role at our West Des Moines office. Remote work is not available. As the Content Strategist / Copywriter at TwoTone, you'll own the strategy behind our content and messaging across all channels. You'll collaborate with creative teams and clients to develop content plans that drive results, ensure brand voice consistency, and keep projects aligned with business goals. Responsibilities:
Write punchy, marketing-focused copy Integrate marketing practices into content Attend and/or lead content meetings with clients Assist in managing complex copywriting and marketing projects Edit/proof work

Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research Developing clear and engaging content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs Partnering with marketing and social media teams to identify trends and anticipate needs Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing Performing content gap analyses to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content Creating, adjusting, and managing editorial calendars Required Skills Exceptional writing skills: clear, concise, punchy, action-oriented Strong grammar skills and an eagle eye for detail Comfortable working with conservative Christian churches and non-profits Ability to authentically represent a church's voice and message Strong judgment, integrity, and professionalism Highly adaptable and self-motivated; able to manage multiple projects independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn new apps and platforms Confident in leading projects and guiding other writers when needed Organized, proactive, and dependable Extra Skills Would be awesome, but not required.
