The gig in a nutshell:
We're looking for a full-time Senior Market Access Copywriter who combines strong healthcare writing skills with a passion for learning the complexities of market access. You'll partner with creative, strategy, medical, and account teams to develop content across a range of brands, audiences, and formats. From shaping the big idea to refining the final detail, you'll help create high-quality work that is strategically grounded, accurate, and compelling.
The secret sauce we need:
3-5 years of healthcare agency copywriting experience Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex clinical, economic, and access information into clear, audience-relevant content Experience writing for healthcare professional, payer, field, patient, and/or internal audiences Experience developing content across multiple formats, including presentations, digital experiences, email, video, training materials, websites, and print Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams Comfort managing multiple assignments, competing priorities, and evolving timelines Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring thoughtful, responsible applications of AI to enhance research, content development, collaboration, and creative problem-solving while maintaining strong human judgment and quality standards Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field Bonus points for: Market access agency experience Strong understanding of payer, provider, reimbursement, fulfillment, affordability, and patient access dynamics Experience in oncology, immunology, cardiology, neurology, rare disease, and/or other specialty therapeutics What you'll own: Develop clear, compelling copy grounded in brand strategy, audience insights, and market access objectives Translate complex information into content that helps audiences understand, engage, and take action Shape creative concepts, messaging frameworks, narratives, and tactical executions Collaborate with creative, strategy, medical, editorial, and account partners from kickoff through final delivery Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining strategic intent and creative quality Present and discuss content recommendations with internal teams and clients Ensure copy is accurate, consistent, on-brand, and ready for regulatory review Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every assignment Stay current on healthcare, reimbursement, policy, and market access trends
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
