The Role As Creative Director, you'll be the visionary eye and executional force behind everything Kill Crew creates. From inspiration boards to campaign shoots, you'll lead the charge in building a cohesive, elevated brand image that connects deeply with our current and future customers. You'll oversee creative direction across product, media, and culture ensuring everything we put out has teeth, emotion, and relevance. What You'll Do Create inspiration boards & mood direction that set the tone for all campaigns, drops, and product stories. Manage brand cohesiveness across design, media, and marketing to ensure Kill Crew always looks, feels, and speaks with one voice. Style models for shoots from clothing to overall vibe making sure every look aligns with the Kill Crew identity. Book & manage models, photographers, and videographers sourcing the right people who live and breathe our culture. Coordinate with in-house teams (design, marketing, content, logistics) to bring big ideas to life on time and on budget. Push creative limits while staying tapped into customer psychology, trends, and culture shifts. Level up brand image with campaigns, visuals, and storytelling that inspire loyalty and attract new audiences. Who You Are A creative visionary with 3-5+ years in fashion, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands (streetwear, fitness, music, or similar). A natural curator & stylist who can translate inspiration into actionable creative campaigns. Hands on leader comfortable managing contractors, freelancers, and in house teams. Obsessed with details and consistency but flexible enough to move fast and break molds. Deeply connected to culture, fitness, and fashion you know what resonates with today's customer.
