We're looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision behind House of CB's photo shoots, shaping the imagery that defines how our brand is seen around the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Based in Los Angeles, you'll own the creative direction of all major photo shoots — from concept and casting to location, mood, and final delivery. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Art Director, in-house Creative team, photographers, stylists, and producers to deliver imagery that feels distinctively

bold, feminine, and culturally relevant. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who thrives on the energy of set and brings strong, decisive vision to every project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the end-to-end creative direction of campaign, editorial, and seasonal photo shoots, from concept through to final imagery. Develop shoot concepts, mood boards, and references that translate House of CB's brand identity into powerful visual storytelling. Drive casting, location, styling direction, and overall visual mood in partnership with the Art Director and wider Creative team. Build and manage relationships with leading photographers, stylists, hair and make-up artists, and production partners. Direct talent and photographers on set, ensuring every frame delivers against the brand vision. Partner with Marketing, Social, and E-Commerce teams to ensure shoot output supports campaign and channel needs.

ABOUT YOU

5+ years in a Creative Director or senior creative role, with significant experience leading fashion photo shoots. A strong portfolio of campaign and editorial work that demonstrates a distinctive creative point of view. Deep network across the LA fashion and creative industry — photographers, stylists, agencies, and talent. Confident on set, with the presence to lead a room and the instinct to make sharp decisions in real time. A genuine feel for the House of CB aesthetic and the visual language of contemporary fashion culture. Strong collaborator, able to work closely with the Art Director and wider Creative team.
