Job Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for a hands-on Creative Director to shape and strengthen creative work across branding, digital experiences, print materials, social content, and integrated campaigns. This opportunity suits a concept-driven visual leader who combines strong design judgment with the ability to present ideas persuasively and guide projects from initial direction to final delivery. Based in Denver, Colorado, this role blends strategic oversight with active creative contribution in a collaborative agency environment. You will help define compelling brand narratives, support the growth of the creative team, and ensure every project reflects a high standard of quality and purpose.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the development of creative solutions for brand initiatives, multi-channel campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, social content, and experiential work.
  • Turn client goals and business priorities into original concepts and visually engaging communication that aligns with brand strategy.
  • Guide assignments through each phase of the creative lifecycle, including briefing, ideation, design direction, review cycles, and final delivery.
  • Provide thoughtful art direction and actionable feedback to designers, writers, freelance contributors, and external production partners.
  • Represent the creative perspective in client discussions, formal presentations, and new business opportunities with confidence and clarity.
  • Work closely with account, strategy, and production teams to keep deliverables aligned with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and brand standards.
  • Contribute directly to concept development, layout refinement, visual storytelling, and hands-on design support when project needs require it.
  • Coach and develop early-career and mid-level creatives while reinforcing consistent creative excellence across all accounts.
  • Support agency growth by helping shape pitch materials, strengthen positioning, and produce standout work suitable for portfolio and case study use.
