Analytics Full Job Description Overview:

We're hiring a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and brand execution across our two fashion brands: Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. This role is responsible for shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction across all customer touchpoints. including [brand design, campaigns, social media content, photography, video production, packaging, etc] You will manage and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, social media teams, and external creative partners to ensure every asset aligns with brand standards and delivers a cohesive, high-impact customer experience. You will also work closely with the marketing team and leadership to translate our business goals into strong campaigns. This role combines high-level brand strategy with hands-on creative leadership.

Required:

3+ years of experience in a Creative Director, Senior Designer, or Lead Creative role within women's fashion (women's fashion required) Experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce brands Extensive team management skills Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics Expert in team management skills and able to delegate work effectively Based in Miami and available to work in-house (close to the Aventura area preferred)
