Creative Director, Weddings & Hospitality Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Flexible, hybrid work structure with required travel to event venues Opportunity to shape brand identity and drive strategic growth in a creative, collaborative environment Supportive leadership and mentorship responsibility for a small marketing team Creative Director, Weddings & Hospitality Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field 3-5+ years in a marketing, creative, or brand leadership role (hospitality or weddings experience preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office , CMS, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) Deep expertise in social media strategy, trends, and platform algorithms Experience leveraging AI tools within marketing workflows Track record of creating unique, engaging content and campaigns that drive inquiries and conversions Above-average verbal and written communication skills Strong copywriting and creative writing ability Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics Ability to oversee team members and foster an inclusive, positive workplace Willingness to work some evenings/weekends and travel to venues as required Creative Director, Weddings & Hospitality Preferred Background & Skills Experience with graphic design, photography, and video editing Familiarity with current and emerging trends in weddings and the hospitality industry Confident, energetic approach to leadership and collaboration Creative Director, Weddings & Hospitality Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to conversion Oversee creative asset management and curate high-quality, on-brand content Lead real-time content capture at events and photo shoots, ensuring alignment with the latest trends Drive social media strategy across all platforms, integrating analytics and AI tools for continual improvement Manage content calendars, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns to support sales and engagement goals Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners for cohesive, innovative campaigns Mentor and supervise a small creative team, fostering growth and performance Stay current with industry innovations, using trend insights to position the brand competitively If you have a passion for creative brand leadership and thrive on strategic, hands-on execution, this is your chance to make an impact in one of hospitality's most exciting sectors.
