This momentum creates a need for unified creative leadership to turn complex technology and public safety outcomes into compelling, human-centered narratives. You will own that direction, driving the creative concept, visual identity, and craft bar across design, film, and motion. What You'll Own Direct integrated campaigns, product launch narratives, and flagship brand films from initial concept through final delivery. Define and maintain the visual, cinematic, and editorial standards across design, motion, and video production to build a recognizable creative signature. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary craft teams, guiding discipline leads in art direction, storytelling, and creative critique. Establish operational systems, including reference libraries, templates, and production guidelines, that elevate quality while improving delivery speed. Partner with brand strategy and production leadership to translate executive goals into clear creative briefs and execution plans. What This Role is Not This is not a hands-off review role, you will actively shape concepts, guide edits, direct art execution, and refine details across all mediums. This isn't a high-volume template production management job, your main focus is establishing concept quality and narrative depth. This is not an isolated brand strategy position, you will work directly alongside production and cross-functional teams to ship live campaigns. What You Bring Proven track record leading multidisciplinary creative teams across art direction, design, motion, and cinematic film production. Deep portfolio demonstrating high-craft visual design alongside narrative documentary or high-paced commercial storytelling. Advanced fluency in the complete production lifecycle, including typography, editing pace, color grading, sound design, and finishing standards. Experience setting practical brand guidelines, design systems, and creative review frameworks for internal teams and agency partners. Ability to direct campaigns that balance emotional human narrative with clear technical product messaging.
