Opportunity We are building a brand at the forefront of health, performance, and longevity and are looking for a Creative Director to help define how it shows up at scale. Salutary Marketing LLC is seeking a high-level Creative Director, Visual Media & Brand Production to lead editorial integrity, strategic planning, and multi-channel content development. You will play a central role in shaping how complex, science-driven ideas grounded in Muscle-Centric Medicine® are translated into content that is both intellectually credible and visually exceptional. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both defining and executing the creative vision. You will own the creative standard, visual identity, and content output across all platforms ensuring a premium, cohesive aesthetic across digital channels, podcasts, and high-level productions. From concept through final delivery, your work will directly influence the quality, trust, and reach of the brand. This role offers the opportunity to help shape a growing platform with meaningful reach and long-term brand influence not just produce content, but set the standard. What You Will Own Ownership of creative direction, brand identity, and content output Execution of that vision through hands-on production and direction Oversight of content, social, and media execution across platforms A consistent standard for branding, storytelling, and visual quality Key ResponsibilitiesEditorial Strategy & Content Planning Provide editorial oversight across all brand communications Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and consistency in brand voice Lead development of long-form and short-form content, including scripts, newsletters, and educational series Translate complex medical concepts into clear, high-impact narratives Creative Direction & Brand Production Maintain and evolve visual standards across all media Translate strategy into clear creative direction and production plans Guide internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive execution Production (Video & Photography) Capture and direct high-quality video, photography, and supporting content Lead both structured and organic shoots in studio and on location Ensure all production aligns with brand standards and creative vision Post-Production & Quality Review and guide content through final delivery Ensure alignment with technical, editorial, and brand standards Maintain a high level of production quality across all outputs Support content repurposing across platforms Content Strategy & Growth Collaborate with marketing to maximize reach and distribution Use performance insights to refine and improve creative output Stay aligned with platform trends while maintaining brand integrity Production & Event Execution Provide creative direction for live recordings, keynotes, and major productions Ensure consistency in quality and presentation across environments How You'll Work Full-time level of engagement (~40 hours/week) with flexibility in how work is executed Serve as the primary creative lead across brand-related initiatives Provide regular visibility into work across planning, editorial, and production Weekly onsite collaboration in Houston (as scheduled) Travel required for key productions and events Qualifications Strong experience in video production and photography (hands-on) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects Proven ability to produce high-quality, high-performing content Strong eye for branding, storytelling, and visual consistency Experience with digital platforms and content performance Familiarity with AI tools for creative workflows is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects with organization and consistency Compensation & Requirements $8,000/month retainer Travel and per diem covered Must provide own professional equipment Must carry general liability insurance Expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and respect for brand standards
