The Mission VIDAS provides trauma-informed immigration legal advocacy in the north bay area. Our vision is universal representation, safe passage, and a humane migration system for all. We are looking for a Creative Director to bridge the gap between complex legal advocacy and human-centered narratives. The Role Make the
Law Accessible:
Transform legal information into accessible, compelling, and ethical narratives. Brand Design/Visualization:
Support the evolution of logos, brand kits, etc. to align fully with the VIDAS mission, team culture, and diverse portfolio of work. Multi-Channel Strategy:
Create content for website, social media, newsletters, and donor communication. Brand Voice:
Ensure a consistent, empathetic, and recognizable voice across all platforms. Outreach and Education Events:
Create and deliver meaningful materials tailored to special groups for multiple outreach and education events. Special Events:
Support planning and hosting special events for community supporters. What You Bring Narrative Power:
3+ years in marketing, journalism, or non-profit communications. Shared values and vision:
Deep empathy for the immigrant experience and diverse backgrounds, commitment to social justice and equal access. Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole preferred) Ethical Lens:
Commitment to trauma-informed storytelling and strict client confidentiality. Content Tech:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools. Videography/video editing skills Pay & Benefits $32/hour, 32 hours/week Team Culture:
