This role advances team capabilities by driving modern practices, including AI-assisted tools, workflow automation, and emerging design technologies. As a creative leader and coach, the Manager upholds brand standards while fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and impactful, result-driven execution.

What You'll Do:

Translate business objectives into clear, creative direction, priorities, and deliverables. Lead development of integrated creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes Ensure all creatives align with audience needs, brand positioning, and organizational goals. Partner with stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and success criteria Establish and optimize scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency. Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize team capacity. Track performance against timelines, quality standards, and service expectations Oversee external partners and budgets to support efficient execution. Maintain brand standards and provide feedback to elevate creative quality. Develop team capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 7-9 years of experience in creative services, design, or a related field with progressive leadership responsibility Proven expertise in stakeholder management and project leadership Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
