Because M&B Sciences has a small, collaborative team, this individual must be able to both develop creative strategies and personally bring those ideas to life. The Marketing Creative Director will design and update websites and landing pages, create flyers and collateral materials, develop campaign messaging, and produce polished visual and written content for patients, healthcare providers, community partners, clients, and other audiences. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, who is responsible for paid advertising strategy, media placement, campaign management, and digital performance. The Marketing Creative Director will focus on the creative concepts, content, design, websites, and materials that support those campaigns and the company's broader marketing needs. Duties Develop creative concepts, messaging, and visual direction for clinical trial recruitment and corporate marketing initiatives. Personally design and produce flyers, brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email materials, provider resources, community outreach materials, and other collateral. Create, update, and maintain company and study websites and landing pages, including both front-end design and back-end content management. Translate complex medical and clinical research information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content. Write, edit, and format copy for websites, recruitment materials, presentations, emails, and other communications. Develop creative assets for digital campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager. Ensure patient-facing materials are culturally relevant, easy to understand, and appropriate for the intended audience. Manage creative projects from initial concept through design, review, revision, approval, and final production. Maintain brand standards, templates, asset libraries, website content, and version control. Coordinate outside designers, photographers, videographers, printers, or other vendors when specialized support is needed. Review creative performance and stakeholder feedback to improve messaging, design, and user experience. Ensure materials comply with company, client, study, Institutional Review Board, privacy, and healthcare communication requirements. Skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, web design, advertising, or a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree. At least five years of experience in graphic design, creative marketing, web design, content development, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to both develop creative strategy and personally execute high-quality creative work. Strong graphic design skills and experience producing professional print and digital materials. Experience designing and maintaining websites and landing pages, including front-end layout and back-end content management. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, or comparable design tools. Experience with WordPress, Elementor, or similar website and content management platforms. Strong copywriting, editing, visual storytelling, and content-development skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear and persuasive audience-facing materials. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, web design, campaign materials, collateral development, and creative execution. Experience in healthcare, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, public health, or another regulated industry. (Preferred) Experience developing patient recruitment, health education, or community outreach materials. (Preferred) Familiarity with health literacy, culturally responsive communications, and Institutional Review Board review. (Preferred) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website analytics, search engine optimization, or user-experience principles. (Preferred) Experience preparing files for professional printing and coordinating with print vendors.
