Job Description
Do you love watching great content on TikTok/Instagram, and analyzing what makes it so good? Do you love making content and want to actually get paid for it? I'm looking for a social media content producer to help me create content for my business. If you've ever thought, "I'd love to start my own social media agency one day" "I'm great at creating content and would love to do more of it" "I love looking at viral content and analyzing what makes it so good" Then this is for you. I'm looking for someone who: Can plan, script, and storyboard content Has an eye for good content and loves to analyze what makes something work Has tons of creativity and ideas to turn into reality Can take action on turning those ideas into something tangible (this skill is critical) This role will be 3-4 hours per week. Mostly remote but with times on-site to film content. Based on needs and outcomes, this role could expand into additional hours needed, and also in additional pay to correspond with those additional hours.
Skillsets required:
Ability to communicate well (NOT waiting 2-3 days to reply to something). Ability to be proactive in your work - not all tasks will have a clear step-by-step process to complete. Ability to follow a specific process and doing the boring work. Social media is not just about 'being creative' all the time, there's time spent in research, data analytics, and other 'boring' type of work. If you only want to do the creative side and not the boring work, this is not for you. Flexibility in work - totally fine if you have a full-time job or a lot of existing client work, but if you can only work outside of a 9-5, this isn't for you.Compensation:
$500 per month, for up to 4 hours per week (appx. $31/hour). Pay is negotiable based on experience. If you've done this type of work before I'm happy to pay more..Bonuses :
Free access to premium courses and material on social media (I buy courses, we both consume content, and execute). Immediate, manager-level hands-on experience. This is not an entry level position. You will co-create and own a process and work at a high level Guidance and mentorship in your own entrepreneurial journey.
