In person Overview We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help transport, deliver, and set up professional event equipment for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. This role is a mix of driving, logistics, and hands-on event setup. You'll primarily haul equipment using a company trailer, deliver gear to venues, assist with setup and teardown, and help ensure events start on time and run smoothly. Most work will happen on Saturdays, with some Friday prep. Responsibilities Safely transport event equipment using a company truck and trailer Load and unload speakers, lighting, DJ gear, photo booths, and event equipment Deliver equipment to venues on schedule Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment Ensure gear is organized, secured, and accounted for during transport Communicate with DJs, venue staff, and management throughout event days Troubleshoot minor equipment or setup issues when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of trailers, vehicles, and storage areas Handle multiple deliveries or setups in one day while staying on schedule Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Comfortable driving with a trailer Able to lift and move heavy equipment safely Strong organizational and time management skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working long event days and weekends Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and professional appearance Preferred Experience Experience towing trailers Experience with AV, DJ, or event equipment Experience in logistics, delivery, warehouse, or event production Basic understanding of audio, lighting, or event setup Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Why Work With Us?
