$28-$30 per hour + Performance Bonuses (based on sales and engagement) Job Overview We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable Live Stream Sales Hosts to join our team. In this role, you'll host live streams, engage with viewers, showcase products, answer questions, and help create an entertaining shopping experience. Previous streaming experience is required—we'll provide training. Confidence, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities Host live streams on TikTok live auctions. Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and entertaining manner. Interact with viewers by answering questions and encouraging participation. Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional on-camera presence. Meet daily and weekly streaming schedules. Keep the streaming area clean, organized, and presentable before and after each stream. Set up and organize products prior to going live. Report any equipment or technical issues promptly. Work with the team to improve stream quality and sales performance. Follow company policies and represent the brand professionally at all times. Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Positive attitude with strong work ethic. Ability to multitask while interacting with viewers. Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
