In this role, you will work with a production team to execute high-quality audio and visual events, including live concerts, corporate, or video events. Your expertise will ensure seamless sound and video production, contributing to engaging multimedia experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including sound, staging, lighting, and video equipment. These are occasional on-call positions, with no hourly guarantees; Salary commensurate with experience. Opportunities for advancement will be offered only after proven ability, and high level work ethic; no "white-glove" applicants. Jobs and days will vary, but we will offer opportunities around your schedule. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with production team to execute live events Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio /video equipment for live events, corporate, or broadcasts. Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Resolume, for editing and assembling multimedia content if needed Maintain equipment, and ensure proper performance Everyone works as a team, even if needing to help with areas outside of your direct expertise; You MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED, have a friendly, enthusiastic, client serviced, professional, team oriented attitude;

Requirements Proven experience with event production Strong knowledge of production workflows for both audio and video Familiarity with signal processing methods for audio mixing and enhancement; A1 or A2 experience desirable Ability to operate professional audio /video equipment and manage live sound setups Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously Desired Qualifications Familiarity with video wall set up and processing /Novostar/Resolume Knowledge of OBS, YouTube Live, Zoom, Facebook, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, ProPresenter Knowledge of lighting design Ability to drive trucks and trailers with clean DMV record Mechanically adept and competent Willing to work/learn new skills outside of area of expertise Physical Demands/ Working Environments Not afraid of physical work Must be able to lift, or move up to 75 lbs, and "team lift" heavy equipment. Ability to work in hot outdoor environments is a must.
