Go Kart Track Marshal

Supercharged Indoor Karting is currently seeking Go Kart Track Marshals to assist in operating the World's Largest Multi-Level Indoor Go Kart Track! You must be reliable, energetic, outgoing, highly motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Monitor all races to ensure races are running smooth and that all drivers are following the track rules

• Assist guests with choosing the correct size helmet and ensuring helmet is secured properly
• Provide instructions on how to properly use the go kart and explain to them all of its various functions prior to their race
• Provide instructions on the various flags and signs they will see during their race, prior to racing
• Ensure guest safety is held to the highest regard by making sure guests follow all track rules
• Interact with guests frequently in a polite professional manner
• Follow proper cleaning procedures
• Ensure track and its surrounding areas stay clean and safe at all times -Communicate clearly with other track marshals via handheld radio Weekend availability is required for this position.
