Position Overview:

The 50/50 Raffle Seller position is a high-energy and motivated seller responsible for supporting the MSE Foundation to drive sales pitches for the 2026-27 Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards team seasons.

Responsibilities:

Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to all sporting event attendees. Spread awareness of 50/50 raffle program and MSE Foundation. Handle electronic transactions. Approach fans pre-game, in-game and during intermissions and halftime to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program. Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements. Answer questions fans may have about the 50/50 raffle program and MSE Foundation. Meet fundraising goals for each game set by manager. Attend training sessions as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays from October through June. Excellent interpersonal skill, well-spoken and determined to make sales on behalf of MSE Foundation. A responsible and motivated individual unafraid to approach guests with a sales pitch. Ability to interact positively with large fan base. Detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. Must be available for a minimum of half the 50/50 raffle games per month. Able to walk, stand, and climb in an indoor setting for 4-5 hours at a time. Must be timely and arrive to work on time. Must be at least 18 years of age. A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Pay Rate:
