Event-Based The Big Dill:
World's Largest Pickle Party® is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Setup & Cleanup Crew for our Baltimore festival. If you enjoy hands-on work, work well as part of a team, and aren't afraid of physical labor, we'd love to hear from you. Pay $25.00 per hour Available Shifts Setup Crew Friday, September 18 11:00 AM•6:00 PM Cleanup Crew Saturday, September 19 7:00 PM•1:00 AM Following the conclusion of the festival Applicants must be available for both shifts. Responsibilities Unload event equipment from trucks Assist with festival setup Move tables, tents, signage, barricades, and event equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Break down event equipment after the festival Load trucks for departure General cleanup as directed by event leadership Requirements Must be able to lift 50 pounds Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and team-oriented Able to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dress Code Plain shirt (no large logos or graphics) Clean dark pants (black, dark denim, or khaki) Cargo shorts are acceptable if appropriate for the weather Closed-toe shoes required To Apply Please send your resume or a brief statement of interest to: Qualified applicants will be contacted to schedule a brief interview.
