Responsibilities Perform as the designated mascot character at various events, parades, and community functions, captivating audiences through lively movement and expressive gestures Engage with children and families in a friendly, approachable manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere Dance and move actively to entertain crowds and participate in event activities or routines Use theatrical skills to portray the mascot character convincingly, including improvisation and storytelling when appropriate Communicate effectively with event organizers, fellow team members, and the public to ensure smooth event operations Maintain the mascot costume's cleanliness and integrity before, during, and after performances Assist in setting up event spaces or promotional activities as needed to enhance the overall experience Experience Demonstrated ability in dancing or movement-based performance arts such as theater or dance classes Experience in public speaking or engaging large groups confidently Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences Prior work with children or teaching experience is highly desirable Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including dancing, walking, standing for extended periods, and wearing mascot costumes comfortably Creative mindset with enthusiasm for entertaining and storytelling Join us in creating memorable moments filled with fun and excitement!
