Job Description

FÊTEWELL is seeking warm, reliable, and detail-oriented part-time venue managers to oversee events at our luxury event venues across Maryland. You will serve as the one-site representative during weddings and special events, supporting a smooth experience for our clients while maintaining the venue's operations and appearance.
Locations:
Main Street Ballroom (Ellicott City, MD) Citizens Ballroom (Frederick, MD)
What You'll Do:
Oversee day-of venue operations during weddings and private events. Ensure clients and their guests are using the venue safely and respectfully. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with onsite vendors and management as needed. Set up and breakdown venue tables and chairs according to the floor plan. Keep the venue in top condition before, during and after each event.
What We're Looking For:
Availability Friday-Sunday, occasional Thursday if available. Off Peak Season (Jan-March) at least 4 weekend shifts/month Peak Season (April-December) at least 6 weekend shifts/month Ability to lift at least 30LBS and work on your feet for extended period of time. Strong communication, customer service, professionalism.

From $23.00 per hour
