Duties:

You must be able to work the Thursday or Friday before the event to cover the rehearsal. Arriving on time, detail-oriented, being prepared and organized, and taking care of the sound equipment. Reaching out and meeting with each couple to ensure you gain a clear vision of their announcement and music needs. Being present for rehearsal to run through a practice ceremony with the couple's music Providing music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Acting as the MC for the event. Assisting in enforcing the day-of-event timeline. Creating the mood. Helping each couple decide on songs. Shifting between the right styles of music. Operating the sound equipment to ensure the audio mix is clear and easily heard. Helping with end of night cleanup Being available for wedding ceremony rehearsal during the week of the event

Skills:

• Experience in speaking infront of a crowd
• Proficient in using DJ software and equipment
• Extensive knowledge of various music genres and the ability to read a crowd
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and guests
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality for events
• Physical stamina for long hours on your feet and occasional heavy lifting No need to have your own equipment, we provide all equipment needed and keep it all on-site
