Part time $18.00 Position Overview Legends Global is seeking a dependable and hardworking Zamboni Operator / Ice Crew team member to support ice operations at The Sanford Center. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and high-quality ice surface while assisting with event and rink operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced sports environment, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working flexible hours based on the event schedule. Responsibilities Operate the Zamboni and other ice-maintenance equipment as trained. Perform ice resurfacing and routine ice maintenance. Assist with setup, cleanup, and general ice crew duties before, during, and after events. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized rink and surrounding areas. Follow all safety procedures and venue policies. Assist with hockey games, practices, tournaments, and other ice-related events. Work collaboratively with the venue operations team to ensure events run smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and event days. Hockey knowledge or experience is preferred. Previous Zamboni, ice rink, arena, or facility operations experience is a plus, but training may be provided to the right candidate. Schedule This is a part-time position with variable hours based on the Sanford Center's event and hockey schedule. Candidates should be available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.WORKING CONDITIONS
