Job Description As a Traveling Account Liaison, you'll play a key role in making buying events successful and seamless. From warmly greeting customers and managing high-value items to coordinating daily operations on site, you'll help ensure every event runs without a hitch. Key Responsibilities:

Travel nationwide to support high-energy 3-day buying events in jewelry stores across the country Provide top-tier customer service to all event guests and host stores, cultivating a friendly, professional environment that nurtures meaningful connections and enhances the Treasures Rediscovered brand. Efficiently manage event lines, greet customers, and professionally evaluate items for purchase Collect valuable marketing data during events to drive improvements for future performance Support eCommerce operations, product photography, and other business tasks during non-travel weeks

Qualifications:

Willingness to travel up to 16+ days per month on weekday trips that can last 3-5 days. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and clients Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must have and maintain a current, valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience in buying and/or appraising estate items/jewelry Knowledge/understanding of jewelry such as watches, necklaces, silver and other collectible items. Experience in sales
