Job Description The Fargo Force is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Gameday Production Crew for the upcoming season. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the live event experience, bringing the energy of Fargo Force hockey to our fans. You will play a vital part in creating memorable moments and ensuring a seamless, engaging atmosphere during every home game.
Positions on production crew include:
camera operator, replay operator, music operator, and director. Production crew is paid per game based off of position. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of all gameday production equipment Operate various production elements during live games, such as replay, graphics, audio, and camera feeds. Support the execution of in-game entertainment, promotions, and special presentations Perform pre-game checks and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise to ensure smooth operations Contribute to a high-quality broadcast and in-arena presentation that enhances the fan experience. Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines Perform other duties as assigned to support gameday operations Qualifications Prior experience in live event production, audio/visual setup, broadcast operations, or a related field is preferred Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and operate various production equipment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure live event environment Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with good communication skills Must be available to work multiple Fargo Force home games, which include evenings, weekends, and some holidays Ability to climb a ladder, stand for extended periods, and work in varying light and sound conditions A passion for sports and live entertainment, particularly hockey, is a plus What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in professional live sports production Development of technical skills in video, audio, and lighting operations Opportunity to work behind the scenes in a dynamic sports environment Networking opportunities within the sports and entertainment industry Valuable resume-building experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting For more information about the Fargo Force, please visit fargoforce.com.
