Supreme Event Productions is a temp labor staffing company based in Orlando, FL actively expanding in the NJ/NY market. We work events at hotels, arenas, convention centers, and venues across the area. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our crew for upcoming jobs. No experience required. If you show up on time, work hard, and conduct yourself professionally, you have a place on our team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working event load-ins and load-outs at venues across NJ and NY. This includes moving, assembling, and breaking down staging, seating, equipment, and event infrastructure. The work is physical but manageable•think teamwork and hustle, not heavy construction.

REQUIREMENTS 18

years or older Able to lift and be on your feet for the duration of a shift Reliable and punctual•late arrivals are not tolerated All black attire required for every job (top and bottom) Work gloves recommended Must be available for late night and early morning shifts•some call times are between 9PM and 2AM

PAY & SCHEDULE

$100 minimum per shift (5-hour minimum billing, even if the job runs shorter) Paid within one week via virtual check Overtime rate (time and a half) for hours worked between 12AM and 5AM Overtime rate also applies to hours beyond 10 in a single shift Travel pay provided for jobs over 1 hour from Newark, NJ Gigs can be as short as 2-3 hours•you will still be paid for the 5-hour minimum

WHAT TO EXPECT

Shifts vary in length and timing depending on the event. Some jobs wrap in 2-3 hours, others run the full shift. You will always know the details before you confirm. We are building a consistent roster of go-to crew members, so reliable workers will get first call on future jobs.
