Our learner community spans across various age groups, with a strong presence in the 21-35 age range. We pride ourselves on offering free beyond-classroom support such as the HarkLearners' portal, Learning aids, OpenStage events, Voice of Hark for gaining performing experience. All our coaches undergo a rigorous audition and training process to ensure the highest quality of teaching. We are currently seeking a Music Development Executive who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the power of music. You will be an integral part of our team with the mission to impart and inspire.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic course consultation to guide learners in their musical journey Attend to student enquiries with professionalism and patience Ensure facilities are in good operational order Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Manage class schedules to optimise learners' experience Assist in course content management
Requirements:
Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field Accumulated 2 years of working experience (including part-time, internship, etc.) Have a great passion for music Exhibit strong planning and organisational skills Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Job Types:
