Job Description

We are a premium photo booth and event experience company serving New York City, Long Island, and the Hamptons. We specialize in high-end events, brand activations, weddings, and corporate experiences — creating unforgettable moments through photo, video, and interactive technology. We're looking for reliable, personable, and tech-savvy team members to represent our brand on-site at events. What You'll Do Pick up equipment from our Hauppauge warehouse Drive to event locations (primarily
NYC, 10-60
mile radius) Set up and break down photo booth equipment Operate booths (photo, video, 360, Glam, etc.) during events Engage with guests and keep energy high Troubleshoot technical issues on the spot (camera, printer, software) Ensure a smooth, premium experience for clients and guests What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments Able to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve quickly Tech-savvy (iPads, cameras, basic troubleshooting) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs (equipment cases) Weekend availability is
REQUIRED
(Friday-Sunday) Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Bonus (Not Required but a Big Plus) Experience in events, hospitality, or brand activations Photography or social media content experience Familiarity with DSLR cameras or lighting Experience with photo booth software (DSLRBooth, LumaBooth, etc.) Fabrication skills (building/customizing booths, props, or displays) Schedule & Pay Events typically run 4-6 hours Total shift time (including travel/setup/breakdown): 6-10 hours Primarily weekends + occasional weekday events
Pay:
