Caddie Manager

Overview Manage all daily caddie operations, including scheduling and caddie assignments. Reruit, train, and mentor caddies to ensure high standards of professionalism, course knowledge, etiquette, and member service. Maintain a strong and reliable caddie roster to support member play, with a focus on peak days, events, and busy periods. Track caddie performance, attendance, and availability to ensure proper coverage. Monitor and evaluate caddie performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed. Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment within the caddie program. Essential Responsibilities Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. High level of professionalism with a strong customer service mindset. Knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and pace-of-play standards. Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, holidays, and club events. Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
