DJ Residency Sales & Venue Partnerships Representative (Commission-Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to help expand our DJ residencies across restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and event venues. Your role will be to secure new venue partnerships that lead to recurring DJ gigs and residencies.

What You'll Do:

Identify and contact venues in the hospitality and events industry. Pitch our DJ services to venue managers, owners, or event coordinators. Close deals that lead to weekly DJ residencies. Foster long-term venue relationships for ongoing bookings.

Compensation:

100% commission-based. For each DJ gig performed at a venue you've secured, you earn $50 per gig throughout that residency. The more residencies you establish, the more gigs occur, increasing your monthly commission. High performers who create multiple residencies can scale their earnings significantly.

Potential monthly range:

$200 (starting) up to $2,000+ based on the volume of residencies secured.
