• 10:00 PM About the Role Secrets Cocktail Garden is an upscale two-story Southern cuisine restaurant and cocktail lounge located in Jackson Ward — Richmond's historic Birthplace of Black Wall Street.

Our second-floor lounge, City Garden, is a high-energy nightlife destination known for premium hookah service and an elevated guest experience. We are looking for polished, hospitality-driven Hookah Attendants who take pride in their craft and know how to create memorable moments for every guest. Responsibilities Prepare and serve hookahs with proper technique and presentation Manage coal rotations and maintain guest hookahs throughout service Assist guests with flavor selections and make confident recommendations Keep all hookah stations and equipment clean and organized Collaborate with the bar and floor team during peak hours Complete nightly cleaning and station reset procedures Requirements 2+ years of hookah or nightlife/lounge experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, upscale environment Self-motivated — this is a commission-based position that rewards performance Must be 21+ years of age Must be available during scheduled operating hours

Pay:
