About Us ImpactRealities Media is the production arm of a growing real estate and media ecosystem based in Bradenton. We produce listing media, community and neighborhood content, brand stories for local businesses, and a podcast, across Sarasota, Bradenton, and the wider Manatee County footprint. We treat video and photography as art forms and the people who make them as artists. We own our gear outright and hold a high standard for the work that leaves our hands. The Role We are looking for a licensed drone operator to handle aerial capture for our real estate and community shoots. You will fly for listing tours, neighborhood and city features, event coverage, and brand work. This is a shoot-day role that fits alongside our field production team. Requirements (non-negotiable) Current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — you must be licensed to fly commercially. This is required, not preferred. Your own drone capable of professional-grade 4K aerial footage (or a strong case for using ours) Proven aerial work — a reel or portfolio of real estate or commercial drone footage Working knowledge of airspace rules, LAANC authorizations, and local flight restrictions in the Sarasota-Bradenton area Reliable transportation to shoot locations across Manatee and Sarasota counties Adequate liability insurance for commercial drone operation, or willingness to obtain it Nice to Have Ground camera experience (Sony bodies, gimbal work) — this can grow into a broader field content role Real estate or listing video experience specifically FPV capability Familiarity with editing/handing off organized media What You'll Do Fly aerial coverage for property listings, community and neighborhood content, and brand stories Plan flights around each shoot: locations, angles, timing, light, and airspace clearance Coordinate with the field production team on shoot days Deliver organized, properly named footage for our editing team Fly safely and legally, every time — you are the licensed authority on site Details Part-time, on-call and project-based to start, with room to grow as our client work scales $20-28/hr depending on experience, or a per-project rate we agree on Equipment support available; strong preference for operators with their own kit Based out of our Bradenton office, shooting across the two-county area How to Apply Send your reel or portfolio, a note on your Part 107 status and drone setup, and your availability. $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
