Drone Assistant Full Spectrum, LLC - 5.0 Chattanooga, TN Job Details Contract $250 a day 3 hours ago Qualifications Phone communication Outdoor work Forklift Driver's License Computer hardware Commercial drone operation Load & unload Full Job Description Job Summary Full Spectrum, LLC is seeking Drone Assistant Show Technicians, preferably with an AV background, to fill an immediate opening for a Drone Show on July 4th. Full Spectrum creates, designs and implements immersive show productions around the country for theme parks, aquariums, buildings, intelligent fountains and sports facilities. These shows incorporate Lasers, Video Projection, Drones, Theatrical Lighting, Sound, and Fireworks/Pyrotechnics. Reporting to the Director of Drone Operations, the Drone Operator will primarily be responsible for supporting the safe and proper operation of drone operation for multi-media productions, AV exhibits, and themed attractions at a variety of locations.
Drone Operator Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities:
Assist in operating and flying drones and other technical elements for seasonal productions either manually or on time code (depending on show/cue requirements). Participate in show load-ins and load-outs for each show or event. Troubleshoot technical problems and system failures and provide immediate and long-term corrective actions. Responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, repair, upkeep, inventory and proper functioning of all drones and related equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Most work is in an active, outdoor environment. You will face inclement weather conditions. Occasional travel may be required. This is a contract position that requires full availability, including the possibility of nights, weekends and holidays. Production needs may require long hours
Drone Operator Qualifications and Skills Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Valid U.S. Driver's license Basic knowledge of drone operation, maintenance and repair procedures. Basic knowledge and understanding of show control and time code distribution. Basic troubleshooting skills, basic repair skills, and able to crimp and solder connectors. Basic knowledge in PC hardware and software maintenance and repair. Comfortable working at heights up to 35ft, be able to safely climb an A-frame ladder and properly operate scissor, boom and fork lifts. Ability to adapt to a physically demanding role that encompasses frequent lifting, moving up to 50 lbs, climbing and standing for long periods of time. Must have good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally via headset, mobile phone and email. Demonstrate and encourage a positive-attitude and professional work ethic.
Pay:
